Suzie, aka 'Aunt Spice' (she/her) is an Author, Speaker, Creator, Neurodivergent & Adoptee Advocate, Coach & mum with over 17 years experience in Health & Social Care. She has worked with:
- Addiction
- Homelessness
- Mental Health
- Domestic Abuse
- End of Life Care
- Alzheimer's & Dementia
- The Deaf/Blind community
- Learning Disabilities +
- Migrants, Asylum Seekers & Refugees

Suzie is a Trauma informed -& experienced- Professional, who endured a significant amount of Trauma in her younger years, including:
- Multiple Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's)
- Adoption
- Undiagnosed Special Educational Needs (SEN) 
- Homelessness
- Domestic Abuse
- Mental Health challenges &
- Addiction

Suzie is passionate about Human Rights & educating others to understand themselves, systemic barriers and one another, so that together, we can create a more harmonious society. One that seeks to understand, empathise & reduce the unnecessary stigma that plagues some of our most marginalised communities.

Currently studying her MSW & researching Adult Adoptee experiences, Suzie is also a trained Journalist + Life & ADHD Coach with a range of CPD accreditations. She specialises in working with teens & adults who are Neurodivergent and/or Adoptees. She works with individuals with a range of diagnoses &/or disabilities. Committed to an anti-discriminatory, anti-oppressive approaches, Suzie's unique & colourful life experiences have also helped her to excel in working with those considered 'hard to reach'. 

She also provides Training, Mentorship & Consultations to Adoptive parents and Professsionals to better help them understand Adoptee & Care Experienced communities.
